Thinking about fostering, but not sure where to start?
Join the Tower Hamlets fostering team at one of our September drop-in information sessions, held at The Parents Advice Centre, 30 Greatorex Street, E1 5NP. These sessions are a welcoming space to ask questions, meet the team, and learn more about fostering for your local council.
You don’t need to book, just turn up.
Alongside fostering, you’ll also hear about our accredited Access to Fostering course, delivered in partnership with the Open College Network. The course covers key topics like child development, attachment, safeguarding, and the role of foster carers. It’s a useful introduction for anyone exploring the idea of fostering or wanting to build relevant knowledge before applying.
